You are welcome to visit without one, but depending on that day's bookings you may have to wait or be offered a different date and time. For a smooth visit, we recommend booking in advance.

You can book online, by phone, or via our official LINE account. Online booking is available 24 hours a day, so it is ideal for those with busy schedules.

Yes, you can.
Cancellations and changes are free of charge up until 23:59 two days before your appointment.
For cancellations and changes on the day before or the day of your appointment, the following fees apply:

Until 23:59 the day before: ¥2,200
From 0:00 on the day: ¥5,500

In the case of a no-show without notice, we will charge 100% of the booked treatment fee. However, no cancellation fee is charged in cases of illness or unavoidable circumstances (weather, disasters, etc.).
To help us serve you smoothly, we kindly ask that you contact us as early as possible when changing or cancelling.

We provide treatment wear (a shirt and trousers). You are welcome to receive the treatment just as you are, whether on your way home from work or in everyday clothes.
Treatment wear is available for anyone who prefers it, so please visit with peace of mind.

We are very sorry, but we do not have our own parking lot. If you come by car, we kindly ask that you use a nearby pay-parking lot.

For the first visit only, minors require a guardian's written consent or accompaniment.
Many guests visit together with a parent and receive the counseling as a pair.

They are not 'painless,' but the sensation is not an unpleasant pain.

As we move stiff muscles and the skeletal structure, you may feel a localized 'good-hurt' stimulation or a resonating sensation. We check the pressure frequently during the treatment and adjust it to your breathing, so even those sensitive to pain can relax and receive it.

Generally there is no significant downtime. However, with treatments that include cosmetic acupuncture, minor internal bruising may occasionally occur depending on your constitution and condition on the day.
Even if bruising appears, it usually settles within a few days. For this reason, we recommend avoiding treatment just before a photo shoot, wedding, or other important occasion — especially on the day itself or 2–3 days beforehand.
If you have an event coming up, please consult us in advance and we can suggest options, including menus that do not use needles.

Yes, it is perfectly fine to come with your usual makeup on.
Depending on the treatment, we will cleanse your skin where necessary. You can also touch up your makeup in the powder room afterward.

Yes, treatment is possible. At KADOMORI we also provide aftercare following cosmetic surgery. However, because the appropriate timing varies by procedure and individual, we offer the following as a general guide:

Botox / hyaluronic acid: from 2 weeks after the procedure
Thread lift: from 1 month after the procedure
Incisional surgery (bone shaving, etc.): from 3–6 months after surgery (your surgeon's approval is recommended)

We can also work around injection sites depending on your condition. Please be sure to tell us your procedure history in advance when booking. If you have any concerns, feel free to consult us — we will suggest the best treatment within safe limits.

Yes — many guests feel changes from the very first session, such as 'less empty space on my face,' 'a sharper jawline,' or 'my eyes open more easily.'
However, long-standing habits and distortions tend to return to their original state (homeostasis), so a single session does not make the result fully permanent. To aim for a more stable result, we recommend continuing for several sessions according to your condition.
We will also suggest the ideal visit schedule tailored to each individual, so please rest assured.
